To secure your appointment, we kindly request a £20 booking fee.
Please note that this deposit is transferable but non-refundable.

CANCELLATIONS
We understand that sometimes things happen, but please be aware that if you arrive 10 minutes late, we may not be able to provide your full service. In such cases, we will still need to charge you in full.
Additionally, if you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment or do not show up, the full charge will still apply. Thank you for your understanding.
NEW CLIENTS
Please note that it is compulsory for new clients or those whose medical history has changed in the last six months to schedule a patch test and consultation at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If this is not done, your appointment will unfortunately need to be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
